Q: Will the facilities remain open?

A: Yes, we plan to keep the facilities open and will follow local and government guidelines. We are monitoring the progression and will act accordingly.

Q: Can I make partial payments?

A: Yes, we are allowing partial payments during this time. We really want to help as much as possible, and it may be easier for you to make smaller payments to retain access to your unit if money is tight.

Q: What happens to my belongings if I cannot make my payment?

A: Once your payment is “past due”, your gate access is disabled and an “Overlock” is place on the unit. We have suspended auctions for March and April to help those struggling financially to catch up and regain access to their belongings. We do not wish to auction any storage units. We want you to be a customer for a long time!

Q: Will I incur late fees if I do not make my payment?

A: We are suspending late fees from March 20th, 2020 until April 30th, 2020.

Q: Do I still have to pay storage charges from March 20th, 2020 to April 30th, 2020?

A: Yes, monthly storage charges will continue as normal. We are waiving the late fees during this time to ease the burden for those that have been affected financially by the Coronavirus.
